Bonnie Kudrick is the CEO and founder of HumanLink, LLC, and a global expert in the field of Human Factors and Aviation Security. HumanLink is a government contractor specializing in Human Factors Engineering (HFE) and research-based instruction to improve efficiency and effectiveness in security staff training and performance. Bonnie received her MS Degree in Human Factors Engineering from the University of Idaho, B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University, and a Certificate in Key Leadership from American University.

Bonnie worked for over 20 years with leading corporations including Lucent Technologies, Lockheed Martin, and L-3 Technologies, as well as smaller consulting firms. She then joined Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and became a pioneer and change manager by integrating Human Factors and Human Systems Integration into the requirements, operations, and human capitol branches. Her work drove the evolution and establishment of TSA’s Human Performance Branch.

Bonnie’s expert knowledge and experience makes her the leading authority in the field of Human Factors within the aviation domain. Her consulting scope includes airport operations, developing user requirements for security systems, evaluating proposals, training assessments, designing user interfaces, workstation design, and cognitive analyses. Bonnie is an engaging and knowledgeable speaker and panelist, and she is a published author in peer-reviewed journals and mainstream publications in the U.S. and Europe.

Bonnie promotes targeted innovative training that improves performance and threat detection for screener training. Her focus and innovation in field operations involving evaluating operator performance, passenger experience, Graphical User Interface (GUI) analysis, workstation design recommendations and implementation, training, and testing are proven to impact and improve performance.

Bonnie and her HumanLink team support federal, commercial, and private agencies in their quest to hire the best candidates and train them to be more effective in threat detection. Together with key partners in adaptive security research and IT integration, HumanLink leverages proven data resulting in optimized human performance in all roles and responsibilities. HumanLink clients range from security providers for the world’s largest supply chain providers to research-based technology organizations, aviation security, and federal aviation clients.
