GSIS' trade and customs experts support one of the most active trade ports of entry along our nation’s border with Mexico.

GSIS assessed the domestic and international requirements necessary to successfully redesign the port and further expedite trade. GSIS' recommendations provided infrastructure protection, supply chain security, and logistical assistance resulting in increased traffic and agricultural imports as well as new highway infrastructure connecting Mexico and Texas. The GSIS team also advised the port on equipment, personnel, and resource requirements to incorporate into progressive expansion. Our work resulted in an increase in trade-based revenues and an enhanced port security posture.
